Never again. All but threatened to sue me because my cat supposedly bit one of the staff... I've seen paper cuts that looked worse. Paid full price plus fairly generous tip and service wasn't remotely performed.
What a wonderful place. We had got a bunny from them and it had passed a little over a week later and without question they are giving us another, staying open late even so we can pick up our new bunny!
Shop there often great service and fresh water fish selection
Calcium build up on tanks not proper fish set ups like fish in cups and wine glasses, a tiny room that smelled terrible from ammonia, urine and excrement not ventilated. The "live animal room" had cages of a variety of animals staked on top of wack other. Snake cages next to or on top of rodent cages no hides for the animal the birds didn't have cuttlebone or iodine blocks the smell entering the animal room was so strong I had to walk out and leave. over all i would never recommend getting a pet/animal from here as the maintenance and animal care/well being is not being looked after or ensured. Save your money and drive to the city.
