Roseanne has always called me back promptly whenever I have had a question. She is very professional, knowledgeable and keen to assist. Everyone that I have spoken to, whether it be in the registries or Roseanne have always been helpful and polite. Even my son enjoyed his drivers test experience with them! I highly recommend them if you are looking for great service and nice people.
I waited in line for almost 30 minutes to take a motorcycle knowledge test, just to be told I need to be there earlier. Maybe if you had more then 2 people working at the desk people could get things done. I understand everyone wants to get home at the end of the day but you shouldn't be pushing people out of the door because of your lack of staff. Absolutely terrible customer service.
I came up to the Drayden location in Morinville from St. Albert to take the regular Class 5 road test on Easter Monday. I arrived 17 minutes early, then left with an in-car examiner at the scheduled time (3:00pm). The said lady was informative, giving me thorough insight after I completed the test (passed first attempt) and made suggestions on how to improve. Also noticeably, they maintained a professional standard at the reception. Since theres only a few reviews of the road tests on here, I figured this will give specific insight to anyone considering the place. Goodbye!
