Trash gymCosts same to go to a 24/7 goodlife with far better equipment. Worth the drive even for localsFloors/equipment leaves you susceptible to athletesfoot and ringworm

Great gym, never packed with enough equipment to do anything. Staff is very friendly and courteous.

Most the equipment in the facility is damaged in some sort of way. Gym is pretty grimy overall and cleanliness isnt maintained.Overall you get much better value by going to a gym in St Albert. Better hours, newer equipment and professionally cleaned and maintained.
