Rednex is a smaller venue, which I appreciategives a more intimate feel. Upon arrival, we were greeted fairly promptly by our server. However, when asked about beverages, I felt pressured to order alcohol. More than once, she encouraged those of our group who had arrived first to order alcoholic beverages, feeling the need to remind us that it was St. Patricks Day. After the third time being cajoled to order a drink, I clarified that I had a dietary restriction and currently wasnt allowed to have alcoholonly at this point did she finally drop the issue with myself and our group. A customer should never feel pressured to order alcohol, and should not have to provide details to close the conversation. A person may have several reasons that they are choosing not to drink alcohol at any given time. Needless to say, the exchange made me uncomfortable. The food I ordered was decent casual fare, though one of my friends never got his order and had to ask for it again, as well as his drink. The individual responsible for the sound board seemed to struggle with troubleshooting when there were issues (mic feedback, volume, etc.)this in turn affected the bands performance. I feel like the sound person should be highly competent in supporting the band to be the best sounding they can be. All in all, while I may return to this venue if invited by a friend for their sake, I will likely never seek out this venue personally or recommend it to others.
The food though. tasty Staff are amazing and friendly. Love the new faces. Keep it up!!!
Stopped by for lunch on Saturday and had the breakfast scrambler. The bartender was the only one working at the time and did an absolutely amazing job on such a common dish. Even the appearance was on point as well as very delicious. I cant wait to try other things on the menu. I liked the country music playing on the speakers.
Great Place! Great Food! Great Service. The owner Don is awesome and we were served by Melanie she was awesome too! Highly recommend this place!
This place is great, reminds me of a really big man cave. The owner is very accommodating. I won a Halloween contest here, won $100 Red Nex bucks!
